A complex blend of eleven botanicals—including yuzu, lemon, hinoki cypress, green tea (gyokuro), bamboo, sanshō pepper, shiso, ginger, juniper, orris root, and akamatsu pine—are distilled in six separate batches and expertly blended. The result is a delicate, citrus-forward gin with a smooth mouthfeel, subtle warming spice, gentle herbal complexity, and a softly lingering finish.
